Designer Daniel Ballou calls Long Beach – one of the world’s busiest ports – home. In homage to his city’s shipyards, he has created “Cargo Container,” scaled down from 8 feet to 8 inches. Ballou’s containers are offered in sets of two – either blue and white or gray and orange. Like their inspiration, they are used for safe, efficient and secure storage.
