The delicious bright fragrance of fresh citrus permeates throughout our lemon zest marshmallows. Freshly grated lemon zest is blended into our marshmallows and mixed with fresh lemon juice. Best described by one customer as a lemon meringue pie mated with marshmallow fluff. Oh so sweet and soft with just a bit of tartness. Yum!!!

• Marshmallows are gluten free
• Each order is for 8 oz. (approx. 20-30) marshmallows
• Marshmallows may soften in hot summer weather. Just chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and they will return to their natural fluffy texture.
